On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. and hand in the room key at reception. Thank you.

Do you need a cot or high chair? Please let reception know.
BATHROBES
We will be happy to bring a bathrobe to your room.

You will find a woollen blanket in the wardrobe. If you need an extra blanket free of charge, please inform reception.
"DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN
Please hang the sign provided for this outside your door if you do not want to have the room cleaned yet or if you do not want to be disturbed.

SHOPS IN TOWN
There is a small Edeka shop that offers products for everyday needs. The butcher Zerfass offers the best quality with certified Eifel meat.
MEAL TIMES
We serve breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., dinner included with half-board arrangement starts at 6.30 p.m. We, of course, also offer early breakfast by prior arrangement.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT
If you authorise us to charge your credit card after departure, we will be happy to facilitate an accelerated check-out.
MONEY AND VALUABLES
For insurance reasons, we ask you not to leave any valuables, jewellery or money lying around in your room or vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables in your room. Please use the safe in the room or leave your valuables in the safe at reception.
LUGGAGE SERVICE
We will be happy to transport your luggage to your room or back to your car. Please contact our reception. You can, of course, have your luggage locked up in our luggage room after you have checked out.
PERSONAL CARE ITEMS
Forgotten your comb, toothbrush, shaver or other personal care items? We have a small selection for you at reception.

You can use our WiFi free of charge everywhere in our premises.

BOWLING ALLEY
There are 2 bowling alleys in the basement of our house. Please make your reservation at reception or the counter area.
PILLOWS
Do you require an additional pillow? Please let reception know.
SEWING
Has a button come off? - You can get a sewing kit at reception. We do small repairs immediately. We are happy to leave larger repairs in the hands of specialists.
RESTAURANT
Our à la carte restaurant is open for you every day for lunch (12 noon - 1.30 p.m.) and in the evening (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.)
SAUNA
You can use the sauna every day. Please make an appointment at reception or the counter area.
SHOE POLISHING MACHINE
Please use the shoe polishing machine on the ground floor. If you require shoe polishing material or a rack for your hiking boots, please let us know what you need.
WASHING AND IRONING OF GUEST LAUNDRY
There is a laundry bag in your cupboard. Please fill out the attached list carefully and hand it in at reception with the laundry. The time of return is by arrangement

Do you need towels changed every day? Please put the towels on the floor.
Do you need linen changed every day? Please contact us.
WAKE-UP SERVICE
We would be happy to send you a wake-up call. Please inform reception of your desired wake-up call time.

A variety of leisure activities are available in the beautiful Vulkan Eifel region. We have put together a small selection for you below:
The very well-developed network of trails starts directly from the hotel and your HIKE can begin immediately! We will be happy to advise you, and will also have the right maps available at reception.
CYCLISTS also get their money's worth! Many great themed trails (e.g., the Maare-Mosel-Radweg cycle track) are there for you to discover. You can also get information on this at reception.
Do you need something refreshing? The Vulkan Eifel maars invite you to swim. We are happy to give you advice on which maars are suitable for swimming. The outdoor pool in Manderscheid is only a few minutes away by car.
The great themed parks invite young and older visitors to an eventful day! The Eifelpark in Gondorf, the Wild- & Erlebnispark Daun, the Kasselburg in Gerolstein – all parks are easily accessible by car.
Would you like to go on a day trip? How about a little detour to the Moselle? The beautiful town of Bernkastel-Kues is always worth a visit.
Motorsport enthusiasts will be fascinated by the Nürburgring.
